I can squat more than body weight, deadlift bodyweight but I need to get the bench press up to par
Almost. All i need is about 10-15 pounds on bench. Im 6’ 3”. 190 lbs. About 12-14 percent body fat.
Fuck yeah I do, I weigh 230. Thats pie.
Hmm, I can squat more than my body weight and Deadlift more….But my bench needs a ton of work right now. I’ll get there!
